PSDS not recognising additional TEDS tables

Last updated at July 26th, 2023

This could be down to the order of the tables and the presence of proprietary/unsupported ones.

Please note, the order of tables in the TEDS device is important. The order must be:

  1. Template 33
  2. Template 40/41 (up to five, in any order or combination
  3. Any other proprietary templates (which the PSDS will ignore)

(When the PSDS detects a non-recognised table (such as a manufacturer defined one) it will stop reading the TEDS device. This means that if you have a proprietary/unsupported template before your template ID=40 table then the PSDS will never get that far.)
