Ensure that 'good' batteries are being used.
If you were using a group key attempt a soft pair:
1. Set the base station radio channel and group key to match that of the BW-HA. (On the Home page of the toolkit hold shift as you click pair and you will pair to the connected base station)
2. Now go to the Home page of the toolkit and click here for a soft pair:
3. Click Connect and enter the ID of the BW-HA (on the silver label)
4. If the radio settings all match then you should be able to connect to the handheld. Change the Group Key to blank and click home.
5. You should now be able to pair as normal.
